I can't believe that I'm only a week away from my court date. So much has happened in the last 5 1/2 months. The most recent development was that my ex's mom decided to go ahead and enroll our oldest in a school closer to her since it's more convenient for her if she has to take him to school. The kicker is, it was done without my knowledge or consent!! Trust me, I was on the phone the next day making all the appropriate phone calls to the schools and the lawyers. Plus, I found out that she forged my ex's signature to do it. That didn't go over too well with the principal. He said he's going to "ignore" the "application" and let my son go to the school that he's been enrolled in since last year. I just hope that we I go to court in 7 days, the judge will look at all the crap my ex and his mom have done in these last 5 months and tell him that because he wanted something and went about it the wrong way, he's lost it all and this is what he's getting!! Man, I hope he gets screwed royally and then he can get pissed at his mom for making him lose everything he's wanted throughout this entire ordeal!!
