Crazy and Confused . . .

The van is finally in getting fixed. It only took a month before the insurance company decided who's fault it was. Luckily, her policy is taking 100% liability for it, which means I don't have anything coming out of pocket for this, plus I got some money for bodily injury, pain and suffering, loss of wages, etc... That was nice to get since I've been pretty strapped for money with the divorce and such going on. I have a loaner vehicle until my van is fixed and they're saying that won't be until the 26th or so. This van sucks. It's got nothing in it. I miss my CD player already and I've only had the loaner since Monday and I still have another week or so with it.

The divorce is slowly approaching a court date. The pre-trial date is set for 11-3-05. It doesn't look like the divorce is going to be finalized by that time though. His mother is still butting her nose in where it doesn't belong. But then again. I wouldn't expect nothing less from her. That's all she's ever done in the 5yrs we were married. She would always butt her nose in. That's one of the reason I believe our marriage fell apart because she was always top priority in his life. Then came the kids and me. Oh well, he's gone and things are better. If I could just get her to drop off the face of the earth, I don't think things would be so messed up anymore.

Other than that, not a while lot is going on. I feel like crap. I haven't been really sick in awhile and it seems like everything just hurts. My stomach is queasy. My head hurts. My throat hurts. I'm coughing and sneezing. I'm just miserable. I guess that's what happens when you spend a lot of time with kids that are sick. They just have a knack for passing it on to their parents. Don't you just love them??
